Why as humans, do we think that it is alright to bully people different from us? Whether it be because of their race, religion, what books they read, how smart they are, if they have any medical issues, etc. We bully? And why? Because they are different from us? No. God made everyone of his children, no matter the color of their skin or the people they like. 9 out of 10 LGBTQ+ students reported being either bullied or harassed. Not to mention over one third of LGBTQ+ students are physically assualted due to their sexual orientation. Two thirds of LGBTQ+ students have been sexually harassed/assaulted. Over 50% have heard homophobic remarks at school. More than 30% were reported missing at school for fear of their safety. And, LGBTQ+ students 8.4 times as likely to attempt suicide and 5.9 times as likely prone to high levels of depression compared to peers with low to non levels of familial rejection.
In summary, we are killing people because of what gender they choose to be? What gender they choose not to be? What gender(s), they like? What gender(s), they choose not to like? We as humans do not choose who we want to be or who we like. We were made that way. So, why are we bullying people because of that.
And here is where Mark, Jocelyn and I come in. We all care about the LGBTQ+ community. We know that they are all human. And we want to help. We want a safe place where kids and teens of all ages can talk to other kids and teens. So they know that they are accepted. And remember at the end of a storm, there is always a rainbow.
Being gay is not a crime, and it is not a sin. Stop using God to justify your prejudice. Religion is about loving one another. You’re just looking for an excuse to hate.

Find out who you are, and be that person. That’s what your soul was put on this Earth to be. Find that truth, live that truth and everything else will come.

Take criticism, smash it into dust, add color and use it to paint breathtaking images of unicorns frolicking through endless fields of greatness.”

Everyone should have to declare one way or another. So, it should be this big awkward thing whether you’re straight, gay, bi or whatever.
